When will we be
Just you and me
With that shimmering star of love
shining from above
When will we be
At peace
No more running
No more tears
No more hiding
No more fears
At peace
With our world
When will we be
Just you and me
Away from this town
Settling down
When will we be
At peace
When will we stop?
Running away
When will you stop?
Making debts we can't pay
When will we be
Away from trouble
When will we be
Just you and me
At peace!!??

I wish you peace; but maybe what you just need is a moment that goes your way... I find myself at times measuring my life's fortunes as up or down at given moments. I'm not sure I can have constant peace of mind and heart. There always seems to be something that comes up spoiling the day but then I find a moment where everything is in order and I enjoy those right when they are happening.... the rest of the time is mitigating what life throws at me. The main thing is to not invite trouble because it invites itself... I hope all is well with you...
My daughter could have written this leni. And she finally did find peace and is pretty much debt free - but also divorced :(
To be just you and me is often at a price. Wonderful heartfelt words.
